Return and Exchange Policy 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace or return the product provided to him by the store within two days following the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after two days from receipt. 2- To replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product, and in international replacement, the consumer bears all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company. 3- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications he specified, such as choosing a size or a special request for any specific piece, the replacement or return is excluded in this case, except for manufacturing defects.
